  • Please complete our selling form, describing the designer bag or item you’re selling, including the brand, the type, the year of production, the condition, and all accompaniments. 
  • If you have price expectations, please include them. 
  • Add detailed photos
  • We will contact you within 24 hours.

Step 2

Send The Bag or Item

  • If you like our estimate and would like to accept our offer, we will send you a contract and a pre-paid label for shipping. Shipping and insurance are free to you.
  • All boxes and their contents must be packed securely. We suggest using bubble wrap or plastic recycling bags to reduce the risk of damage.

Step 3

Get Paid

  • When we receive your designer handbag, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the condition as described and the authenticity. If necessary, we will refine our estimate and contact you with the final price.
  • You will be paid within five to seven business days following the completion of inspection.
  • The form of payment is your option, but typically payments are made via electronic check (ACH) or bank wire.

Why was my item not accepted?

We carefully review every item submitted, and while we aim to accept as many pieces as possible, some may not meet our standards due to condition, missing accessories, authentication challenges, or current market demand. Factors such as wear, damage, missing boxes or authenticity cards, or styles that are oversaturated or out of season can influence our decision. Please know that declining an item is never personal—sometimes it’s simply a matter of inventory, pricing, or resale potential. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions or explore alternative resale options.

What happens if you determine my item is a counterfeit?

If our team determines the item you sent to us is a counterfeit, you will be required to pay $150 for your item to get shipped back to you. If no payment is received or we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we will dispose your item!

Will my item be listed for sale on your website?

Most items sold to us will be listed for purchase. In some cases, items may be redirected to a third‑party buyer instead. Availability can vary, as certain pieces may not be offered to our customers due to factors like brand, popularity, current trends, or pricing.
