Return Policy

1. Return Window

MY LUXE BAG LLC accepts returns within 15 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Return requests submitted after 15 days from delivery are not eligible for approval.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags, packaging, authenticity materials, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery may not qualify for return.

3. Return Shipping Cost

Once a return request is approved, MY LUXE BAG LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Return instructions will be sent via email.

4. Exchanges

MY LUXE BAG LLC does not offer exchanges at this time.

5. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@myluxebagllc.com, and we will do our best to assist before the order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow our standard return policy.
