3. Pricing and Currency

MY LUXE BAG LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors due to technical or typographical mistakes. If such an error occurs, we may cancel the order prior to shipment and issue a full refund.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

MY LUXE BAG LLC reserves the right to review and approve all orders prior to shipment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and refunded in full.

5. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business from fraud:

  • Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation and refund

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated before contacting us, MY LUXE BAG LLC reserves the right to provide supporting documentation to the issuing bank, including order confirmation, tracking information, authentication records, and related communications.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Refund processing times may take approximately 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution. MY LUXE BAG LLC does not issue cash refunds for online purchases.
