At My Luxe Bag LLC, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, completely free of charge.

Return Window

We accept returns on all eligible items within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received
Include original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable)

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is free. Once your return request is received, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Simply pack your item and drop it off with the designated carrier. My Luxe Bag LLC covers all return shipping costs.
