Once a returned item is received and inspected, MY LUXE BAG LLC will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
MY LUXE BAG LLC does not issue cash refunds for online purchases.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
Financial institutions may require an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the funds in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
Once verified, MY LUXE BAG LLC will provide instructions for return and resolution.
5. Restocking Fees
MY LUXE BAG LLC does not charge restocking fees or return handling fees on approved returns.
