Beginner-Friendly Crypto Payment Instructions (Updated)

This guide provides a seamless, step‑by‑step process for purchasing Solana (SOL) through Trust Wallet and transferring it to our wallet—no prior crypto knowledge required. If you have any questions after reading this guide, read our payments FAQ.

Place Your Order Using Crypto At Checkout

Keep an eye on your order confirmation email, you’ll need to reply to that same email for Step 10.

It also includes your order total which you'll need for Step 4.

Download and Set Up Trust Wallet

Download Trust Wallet from the App Store.
Open the app and tap Create New Wallet.
Write down your 12-word recovery phrase and store it securely.

Locate Solana (SOL) in Trust Wallet

From the Trust Wallet home screen, tap the search icon (top right).
Search for Solana (SOL).
Tap Solana (SOL) to open the token page.

Buy Solana (SOL) Using Moonpay

On the Solana (SOL) token page, tap Buy at the bottom.

Enter the amount of Solana you wish to purchase (your order total)

Please set your payment method to Card or Apple pay.

Several payment providers will appear, please choose MoonPay from the list.

Create a MoonPay account.

Complete Identity Verification

Moonpay will require identity verification before allowing you to purchase.

This typically includes:

Uploading a government-issued ID
Taking a selfie
Verifying your email and phone number

⏳ Verification can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours.

Add funds to MoonPay

You may add funds to your balance using one of the following methods:

1. MoonPay (Apple Pay Top-Up)
You can top up your MoonPay balance using Apple Pay, with a maximum limit of $25,000.

2. Revolut Digital Bank Account:
You may open a Revolut digital bank account (instant approval). Once opened, you can add funds using various payment methods including bank transfer and use those funds with MoonPay.

Important:

Once funds are added to your balance, Redirect back to Trust wallet to complete your transaction.

Complete Your Payment

Once your funds are added in your balance, continue the Solana transaction.
Review the transaction details carefully.
Confirm your purchase.

Once completed:

Solana (SOL) will be sent directly to your Trust Wallet.
This may take several minutes depending on network conditions.
Verification can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours.

Confirm Solana (SOL) Has Arrived

Return to the Trust Wallet home screen.
Tap Solana (SOL).
Confirm that your SOL balance is visible before proceeding.

⚠️ Network fees are expected, so the Solana balance you see may differ slightly from the amount you purchased, which represents your total order value. This is completely normal in cryptocurrency transactions. It’s perfectly acceptable to proceed, and you may still send the funds as long as the amount is reasonably close to your order total.

Send Solana (SOL) to Our Wallet

Search for Solana (SOL) in the search bar.

Select Solana (SOL), then tap Send.
In the “Address” field, carefully paste our Solana wallet address:

To avoid errors, please copy the address below in the black box!

Confirm the Destination Network is set to Solana.

Enter the maximum amount of SOL you have in that wallet.

Type in your Order # in the Memo field.

Fees are expected. Therefore please note that network and crypto fees may cause the amount sent to be slightly lower than your exact order total. This is normal, and we do not require the amount to be exact. As long as it is close in value, it is perfectly acceptable.

Send Proof Of Payment

After sending, Trust Wallet will display a transaction hash (TXID).
Please send us the TXID to your order confirmation email so we can quickly confirm your payment.
